In high-rise buildings, people's mobility relies heavily on elevators, which bring convenience but also challenges.
The KYL Intelligent Elevator Dispatching System allows users to plan their journeys more efficiently, avoiding unnecessary waiting times and crowded elevator cabins. This system also helps reduce energy consumption and operational costs. Choosing the KYL Intelligent Elevator System will make your elevator operation faster, safer, and more convenient!

Step 1: Enter the Destination Floor
To cater to different needs,we have various floor input devices and multiple ways to register your destination floor.Using the destination input device, enter the desired floor number, and the device will display the assigned elevator number for your ride

Step 2: Proceed to the designated elevator (Elevator B) and wait
Above the elevator doors, there is a floor indicator that displays all the registered floors for that particular elevator. This indicator will show the floors the elevator is scheduled to stop at.

In addition, the KYL Elevator Dispatching System offers special elevator services for individuals with disabilities.
lDisability Access:
After individuals with disabilities register their desired floor, the floor input device provides audio prompts indicating the
elevator's designated number. The elevator's door-opening time is automatically extended, allowing individuals with disabilities
sufficient time to enter the elevator comfortably.

lLarge Item Transportation
Passengers with large items can select the proportion of space occupied by their luggage on the floor input device, allowing the system to allocate an elevator with sufficient space. This feature includes the transportation of items such as trolleys or carts.

lMultiple-Person Group Mode
When a group of people who know each other are traveling together to the same floor, they can simply input the floor and select the number of people in the group. There is no need for each individual to input their destination floor separately, making it convenient and efficient.

lPeak-Time Elevator Control
During peak hours, such as the morning rush hour with high demand for upward travel from 7:00 to 9:00, the system can be configured to have elevators stop and wait on the 1st floor with the doors open. Similarly, during the evening rush hour from 17:00 to 19:00, when there is high demand for downward travel, the system can have elevators wait on floors with heavy foot traffic. This helps to accelerate elevator transportation efficiency, avoid queues, and reduce congestion.
lIntegration with Visitor Management
By integrating with a visitor management system, the elevator dispatching system can achieve efficient visitor management, improving the efficiency of the front desk and enhancing the security and reliability of the building. It can also provide visitor reports, allowing for better tracking and monitoring of visitor activities within the building.

lIntegration with Access Control System
When a user passes through an access control gate, the access control system can be integrated with the elevator dispatch system, enabling faster movement and providing a better user experience. This integration allows for seamless transition between access control and elevator usage, ensuring efficient and secure access to designated floors within the building.

lGuiding passengers for orderly riding and improving ride comfort:
The system automatically calculates and assigns the appropriate elevator car, generating the most efficient operation flow and maximizing passenger capacity while minimizing waiting time. This ensures a smooth and comfortable boarding experience for passengers, eliminating the need for queues and congestion.
lReducing elevator energy consumption
The Smart Elevator Dispatching System optimizes energy usage by grouping passengers and automatically identifying idle periods of elevator operation. It plans efficient routes and utilizes idle operation modes, minimizing the number of stops and reducing overall energy consumption. This helps to conserve energy and promote sustainable elevator operations.

lReduced waiting time and travel time
The elevator dispatching system optimizes elevator allocation, reducing wait times and elevator travel times by intelligently assigning elevators based on passenger demand and floor traffic patterns.
lImproved elevator efficiency
The elevator dispatching system uses data-driven algorithms to allocate elevators in the most efficient way possible, reducing idle time, energy consumption, and wear and tear on the elevator system.

Fu Function l Automatic Peak Time Response l Triggering Method: -The system periodically samples real-time data and analyzes the usage flow outside the hall to determine if a peak time is approaching. It then dispatches elevators to busy floors accordingly. -Automatic Identification of Idle Period Peaks l Triggering Method: -The system periodically samples real-time data and detects a decrease in the frequency of people outside the hall. It automatically enters an energy-saving mode. l Automatic People Flow Diversion -By using the dispatching system, the previously unorganized process of taking elevators becomes more orderly. Elevators operate at their maximum speed, improving the overall quality and image of the building. l Special Floor Dispatching -In buildings with non-standard floor arrangements, the dispatching system ensures efficient routing and eliminates the need for intermediate transfers when going to the basement. l Large Luggage Service -When users with large luggage call for an elevator from outside the hall, a relatively empty car is automatically dispatched for their convenience. l Services for Persons with Disabilities -The destination floor selection panel allows for extended button response time and provides voice prompts when registering commands for persons with disabilities. ² Instant Forecasting -When a passenger registers a destination floor command or calls an elevator from outside the hall, they are immediately informed of the assigned elevator. l Instant Alerts -In case of emergency situations such as a stuck door or elevator malfunction, passengers are promptly notified through voice prompts about any changes in their assigned elevator. l Disabling In-Car Commands -The in-car buttons on each elevator can be disabled. l Elevator Indicators -Each elevator hall is equipped with independent destination indicators and hall call indicators, allowing users to easily see the stopping floors and arrival notifications for each elevator.
Benefit The intelligent dispatch system is like a smart elevator traffic commander, ensuring that passengers ride the elevator smoothly and quickly. It's like having a personal concierge who knows where you need to go and makes sure you get there without delay. With the use of intelligent ladder scheduling system, waiting time is reduced, elevator efficiency is improved, and building navigation is easy. In short, the Smart Dispatch system is a game changer for vertical transportation, making life easier and more efficient for everyone who uses it. → Enhanced safety: The system monitors elevator status and detects safety hazards, helping to prevent accidents and protect elevator passengers. Reduced energy consumption: By using advanced technology to analyze data and optimize elevator usage, the system helps reduce energy consumption and operating costs, making it a more sustainable and environmentally friendly option. → Improve user experience: With real-time information on elevator status and wait times, elevator users can plan their trips more effectively, avoid unnecessary waits, and improve the overall user experience. → Customizable: The system can be customized to meet the unique needs of different buildings and can be easily adjusted as these needs change over time. Increase elevator capacity: By optimizing elevator usage and reducing wait times, the system can increase elevator capacity, making it easier for people to move around the building during peak hours.
